Water is essential for your survival and it is one of our 7 day habits that we promote at Holistic Luminary. You know you should be drinking water but how much are you really getting into your body each day?
Experts say at least, 64 ounces a day. That is 8-8ounce glasses. But, it totally depends on your weight and activity. 64 ounces is a great starting point.
How much water are you drinking each day? If you are unsure, recall your day and actually note how much water you drank. You might be surprised at the amount. For most people, I believe, they are living in a state of dehydration.
If any of these signs are a part of your reality, then you need more water, my friend.
A clear sign to determine if you need more water is by checking your urine the next time you go to the bathroom. If it is dark in color, then you need more water. If it is light and pale in color, then you are healthily hydrated.
If you want to dramatically make changes to your health and wellbeing without a lot of work, make sure you are drinking enough water.
You are essentially supporting your body from head to toe. That is why hydration, is probably one of the easiest daily habits to enhance so you can start to experience immediate health benefits.
